Unsatisfied experience even the view is good
"Fire alarm rang at midnight, no announcement and no explanation to guest on what is going on. I called to asked for wine opener n check on my tv setting. No response after I talked to reception even they said they will send ppl over. Housekeeping is unpredictable. They left pillow case on the chairs ..."

"We stayed with kids . Staffs are nice and Welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Easy location for park cars and close to shops etc . But No lift at the property. Also the walls / floors were a bit noisy and we could hear people walking from rooms upstairs"
