“Good location, great communication”

“Great place, extremely great value, GREAT host. Extremely great communication, excellent suggestions about the local area and the larger area. Clean, excellent condition! Dan is my first choice for any future stays in Greenville!”

“Dan was very kind and helpful throughout the booking process. Checking in and out was very easy. The location of the property was great. Downtown Greenville in about 5 minutes was ideal. Place was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Dan was actively looking for feedback to make his property better for me and future visitors. I really appreciate that!”

“We rented this guest suite for employees working on a short-term contract in the area. It was very clean and suited their needs perfectly. They enjoyed their stay!”

“Loved it”

“The the maid was not finished cleaning the room when we got there at 4 o’clock, which is check-in. When we got there, she just left. The floors were not cleaned and the surfaces were not cleaned so I did not feel that the room was sterile or clean. Also, the bed was very wrinkled as if she didn’t use fresh sheets. “First of all, the store didn't let me stay, and I didn't want a refund. Second: I was not allowed to go upstairs. Third: Expedia customer service only has intelligent customer service. It said that it would be communicated for two hours, and I waited downstairs for three hours. As a result, I changed to another hotel.”

“Clean and as described. Close to downtown.”

“This was the perfect stay for my family! Came to visit a family friend & needed a kitchen/washer/dryer with our kiddos. It was the perfect set up! Was very clean & well maintained! The owner was very kind, communitive, & respectful! Will be back!”

“Liked the location but arrived and they said they had no availability, I had a reservation. The manager was rude and says it happens. Later a worker came and said they had a room but the fridge doesn’t work. Manager wouldn’t discount the room, this was a 4 night reservation. Then a worker said they had a room but it wasn’t clean. We waited for them to clean it. A worker said they hadn’t been paid in 4 weeks, if true.,that’s bad business”
