"When we arrived at the property there were dirty dishes in the sink and the dishwasher had not been run. When we used the sink, there was a rusted bottle cap stuck in the garbage disposal blades that we had to dig out to get the garbage disposal to run so the water would drain in the sink. There also was no water or ice connected in the refrigerator. We talked to Julius and he said that he had to rush the cleaners out because we had arrived. We actually arrived 2 hours past the check in time....

"Our host was very easy to communicate with, and was very quick with a response at any question I had. I felt nothing short of safe being in the property. The walk ability is beyond amazing, you have your choice of restaurants, pizzerias, grocery and Ramen. I’m always nervous about being in someone’s place (is the neighborhood safe, is the place going to be clean, etc). I’m happy to report that you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and an even better host! "

"I was extremely late in checking in but property manager checked on me and was there waiting. Condo was nice and very clean. No issues whatsoever! No noise throughout the night, hallways were clean, and parking deck was safe. I will be booking again but for longer than a day! Loved it!"

"My daughter (16) had a concert @ the Chastain amphitheater. Decided to bring my sister and son(12) for a family trip. We had a great time! The apartment was in the perfect location for all our activities. Plenty of options to walk too. The complex has a great pool with a small game area. Thankfully, we had our own pool towels. We were happy with the size and setup of the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Contact was easy with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A great place to stay if wanting to go to a baseball game, a concert, or shop/enjoy nightlife. Less than a 15 min walk to the Battery, and 15 min drive to downtown, easy access off I-75. This was a nice/quiet gated community with safe free parking for your car and highly secure system for protection when entering the condo. Ideal for a single lady who is cautious when traveling alone. The condo was very clean, the bed and bedding were very soft and comfy. Breanna was great host, attentive, and...

"I had a blast staying here. It was front and center if everything I needed from shopping to great food to a lit nightlife. Walter was very professional and very nice. He answered all my messages promptly and kindly. Be prepared to fall in love. I think I may move based on my experiences in Buckhead. Save a space for me....I'll be back real soon!"

"Overall a great property!!! Nice clean area. Very quite and close to shopping. Only gripe was the mattress!!!! It was quite uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress squeaked everytime my wife or i moved. Maybe the memory foam mattress we have at home has spoiled me. Overall, its still a great property. I would book here again!!"

"My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt House Atlanta Cobb Galleria and enjoyed every minute of our time at this hotel. The front desk staff was always there to help with any questions we had and greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious both mornings we stayed as well. The shuttle back and forth to Truist Park was such a blessing to us as we were there for 2 Braves games. Easy to get on and off and not deal with parking or game day traffic. Thanks to the whole...
