「We had two newly refurbished and one original room, all were very clean, comfortable and well presented with the new rooms being beautiful. The shared areas of the hotel are a little tired and some carpets a bit threadbare but they will hopefully be upgraded in due course. The patio is beautiful on a sunny day and we enjoyed sitting out pre dinner and post breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. Very well positioned for a visit to the golf or to the seaside.」

「The hotel was very modern, and built with a high spec standard and the consistent impression throughout was of a high-quality property. This point was particularly hit home in a positive way when we booked one of the pitch view rooms. This gave an absolute fantastic view of the pitch at the same time coincidentally a match had started so genuinely wonderful view, floor to ceiling windows in that executive box type of way.」

「- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!」
