“It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.”

“The property, room, and staff were wonderful. My only critique is that it would’ve been nice to know that I was going to have to put down $150 security deposit when I checked in. I would’ve liked to have known that little tidbit when I was actually booking the room so that I would’ve been for that request.”

“I was booked in the wrong room. It was the biggest let down and nothing they could do since I booked third party. ”

“Room good and comfortable. Elevator not working. Laundry worked but it wasn’t charging you for a washing load. The next day the washing machine was “out of order”. Then I had to drive a 40 mile round trip to go to a laundry mat.”

“Clean place, everything very basic, however is far from the airport, downtown and arrowhead stadium, beware if you are attending a game at the stadium, all cabs, specially Ubers after a game would stand outside the stadium and would not take a trip for less than 100 dollars, tried charging me back to the hotel $160, insane.”

“The room had not been completely cleaned. I was given a 20% cash back. A door on lower leave never completely shut, left fully open to anyone, unsafe. The front of building was well maintained but lower level need complete repairs to parking lot.”
