"The room and hotel was clean and smelled terrific. The beds were comfortable and the room was as described. Only complaint is that our shower was broken (the handle was broken and wouldn’t let us turn it to get hot water) which sucked because all we wanted before our dinner reservation was a hot shower. These things happen, which I understand, so I tried to call the front office for 20 mins and it was constantly busy so I walked down to the lobby to let them know the situation and ask if they could fix it. I was then informed that the person that could fix it wouldn’t be in for an hour (7pm) which was past our reservation time for dinner. So I asked if we could switch rooms to which I was informed the hotel was completely booked and they couldn’t move us. I asked if there was anything else that could be done and she said no but she would send the person to fix it as soon as they got in. We went to dinner without a shower and didn’t return to our room until 10pm. The shower was still not fixed and I couldn’t get ahold of the front desk. We took cold showers and went to bed. Frustrating."

"The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was always available and hot. The room was small but had everything we needed. The elevator was a bit slow, but it’s a small property so not too long of a wait. We will definitely stay there again."

"This was our second stay here, and we loved it just as much as the first time! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was wonderful and a great place to relax. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay."

The kids absolute favorite part of the trip was the private pool and hot tub—it kept them entertained every single day.Location-wise, it’s unbeatable if you're looking to spend time at the beach. Plus, the host went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful, which made our stay completely stress-free. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"
