Shower so dirty we didnt use it even with sandals. “I liked that the staff was attentive and friendly. With that being said, our room smelled like mildew and old cigarettes, the windows was broken, we were only provided 2 towels for 3 guests. Also, breakfast was unavailable and we were not informed prior to our stay. With that being said, the staff did correct the towel issue by allowing us to grab more and we did not complain about the other issues as we had little hope a new room would be any better.”

“Elevator was broken, no shuttle, safe was broken, air didn't work,the bar had creepy people hanging out at it made going in the pool area feel uncomfortable. The lobby bathroom had air fresheners that was so over powering in made me feel sick, hallways smelled if cigarettes.
Online it said it was near the beach but it took a 25-30 min Uber ride to get to the beach.”
