"The spa jets were not working. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly, shampoo dispenser was empty and missing body wash dispenser. There were not any additional toilet paper rolls, only 1/2 a roll that was left on the ring. We called the front desk and housekeeping brought us 3 little soap bars. The breakfast was good and the bar/lobby is very nice. The rooms need to be updated."

"Security lock on first floor breezeway door missing, door in poor condition, slams when used. Room very clean and comfortable, room coffee maker had cup lids but no cups or sugar and creamer."

"Everything good. The only thing was that the AC in my room (408) wasn’t cold enough even in the coldest setting, it needs to be checked out. Customer service was great. "

"Property needs updating. Room had ants and blood stains on the comforter. Felt very dirty."

"pool or hot tub not working. Guest elevator not working. Tried to call the hotel repeatedly and sent messages none were answered. It was clean but run down. Disappointed about the hot tub as that was a big booking point and was not told it wasnt working."
