"The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you"

"Our stay was lovely. The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel staff was very professional. The location can’t be beat. It was close to Shimbashi station as well as many restautants. "

"This was my second time staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and once again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room had not been renovated but I’m sure it is on the list to be done soon so the decor was a bit dated. But it was clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing and it’s proximity to Tokyo Disney is perfect for the budget conscious traveler. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at tobu hotel. The staff was really friendly. Our room was really clean. I paid extra to have a nice view of the tokyo skytree tower. I loved watching the tower change colors from my hotel window. The breakfast buffet was amazing. So many options to choice from. I highly recommend tobu hotel levant. "
