"Our family of four had a wonderful stay in the Japanese suite, which was both immaculate and impressively spacious. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort, making it an ideal choice for a family stay. Breakfast offered a choice between Japanese and Western options; while both were well prepared, we particularly enjoyed the Japanese breakfast for its delicious flavors and calm, refined atmosphere. The staff were consistently attentive and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The hotel’s location next to Kyoto Station was especially convenient for our short two-night stay, particularly as we were traveling with several large suitcases. While it is not in the city center, getting around by taxi was straightforward and hassle-free. The only minor drawback was an additional charge for the bath, which is often included at other hotels. That said, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience, and we would be very happy to return for another stay."
