“In the area to attend a concert at PNC Music Festival. This property is less than 5 miles from the venue. Brandon, our host, was very pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries. This beautiful second floor condo is in a very nice, well-maintained community. Two nice sized bedrooms, two baths, washer dryer, large island in the kitchen. But the highlight for us was the lovely patio complete with privacy curtains. We spent more time out there than in the living room, although the massive TV was……

“The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice”

There was plenty of room for the 4 of us & having 2 bathrooms came in handy for us to get ready. We appreciated having the assigned parking spot for our stay. The unit was very quiet & secure.”
