「I’m very disappointed with the onsen arrangement at this hotel. Although they got 3 pools, guests are only allowed to reserve 1, which is misleading. What’s the point of multiple pools if we can’t actually enjoy them? In a normal onsen hotel, guests can use the baths at least twice during their stay.
