"The whole dining experience is one that we will never forget. The menu was well planned, with mostly local and seasonal ingredients. The presentation of each dish was a feast to the eyes. The taste was absolutely divine!!! A big shout out to our hostess Kido San 城戶千津子. She took care of me and my wife during our stay. Always courteous and efficient in what she did. "Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias. "
