A boutique hotel with excellent service and yummy meals. The staff are friendly and helpful, glad to stay in this hotel. Yet, strongly suggest transportation service from JR station as it’s a bit far and difficult to walk to the hotel with heavy suitcases in winter time.

Fantastic stay
The ryokan is about 10 mins walking distance to the shops. We enjoyed the view of local residential houses, river and the amazing view of Yufu mountain as we walk down to the shops. The host was friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were superb.

부모님과 함께 3인 가족여행으로 1박하였습니다. 모든 직원분들이 정말 친절하시고 잘 응대해주셨습니다. 여행을 많이 다닌편에도 이정도 서비스를 해주시는 곳은 많이 없었던것 같습니다. 한국 사람들이 상상하는 좋은 일본서비스 ? 딱 그느낌입니다. 무엇보다 식사가 정말 맛있었습니다. 후쿠오카 3박을 한 후에 하나노마이를 가서 3박동안 많은 맛집을 갔음에도 부모님께서 하나노마이 식사가 가장 좋았다고 말씀해주셨습니다. 덕분에 정말 잘 쉬다갑니다!

お洒落な感じの温泉宿
湯布院の表通りから５分くらいのところにあるが、その分、静かな雰囲気。 大浴場は少し狭いと感じたが、宿泊者も少ないので混雑することはなかった。 食事はお洒落な感じでボリュームもあって満足だった。 また、機会があれば利用したい。

여러군데 비교해보고 찾아간 곳인데 너무 좋았습니다. 가족탕도 두명이 사용하기에 충분했고 가이세키, 아침조식은 정말 최상급이었어요!! 강추요!!

有驚喜
傳統日式溫泉旅館，服務態度好不用多說。到金鱗湖和湯之坪走路幾分鐘而已。溫泉較小，露天溫泉需每組客人輪流用。入住時客人不算多，所以也沒什麼問題。入住時跟著google map 指示從巴士站走了一條小路到旅館，沿途是鄉郊田野風景，第二天早上在旅館附近閒逛，又發現隱藏在精心設計的園林中的精致小店，也算是另外的驚喜！回程時獲店家免費開車送我們到JR站，值得一讚！

雖然離湯之坪街有些距離，但從飯店走河道到金麟湖，一路上風景優美。飯店人員服務親切貼心，一泊二食餐點餐具都很用心，是很好的住宿經驗。

check in時候出現收費的誤會, 一是說五歲以上枱收費後來又說三歲以上, 最後幾經討論才答應是五歲以上才收費, 另外將我們的雨褸都沒有放好, 全部放在大堂門口

The area is clean and tidy. We can walk to the Main Street to go sightseeing and the hotel is not very difficult to find. The food is delicious.

小型溫泉旅館但各方面都不錯的選擇
離車站拉行李的話預25-30分鐘，位置大概是金鱗湖和車站中間，去兩邊都方便。 酒店員工很友善，我們只是懂一點點的日文都聊得很開心。 晚餐早餐都很豐富，很好吃，因爲客人不多所以每台之間很有距離，有種優待的感覺。 有不需要預約的貸切溫泉，整晚開放。 溫泉雖然不大，但因爲房數不多，這次旅程使用溫泉3次都只有一次碰到其他住客，所以也很滿意。 房間有連小型獨立室外花園(只和旁邊房間共用)，雖然沒有走出去但看到心情很好。

房間數不多所以住房客也不多，不會很嘈雜 一進去就可以感受到日式溫泉飯店的貼心 附的早晚餐都非常精緻好吃，份量也很夠 唯一缺點是房內的浴室是跟半露天溫泉連在一起，洗澡前要經過一小段室外空間有點麻煩 但整體來說非常推薦！很適合來放鬆住一晚

제가이런거 잘 안남기는데 진짜 너무 좋았어요. 주인내외분 같은데 너무 친절하고, 미리 연락드리니 픽업해주시고, 샌딩해주시고, 저희 체크아웃날 눈이또 많이왔는데 캐리어도 다 들어주시고 ㅠㅠ동생이랑 엄마랑 셋이 갔는데 진짜 셋다 만족도 최고였어요. 온천물도 너무 좋고, 방이 좀 추운것같았는데 료칸하고 나오니까 세상 좋더라구요. 일본별로안좋아했는데, 하나노마이때문에 너무 좋았어요. 저녁은 적당히 맛있고, 아침은 존맛있었어요. 진짜 꼭가세요 강추강추 가격대비 훨씬좋고, 너무 예쁘고 방안에 테이블도 이쁘고 ㅠㅠㅠ강추!!!!!!!
