“The listing, if anything, undersells the quality and cleanliness of the property. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, comfortable locations for cooking, movie watching, or conversations by the fire. The hosts could not have been more gracious, and everything was clear and easy to locate. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a large, complicated dinner and then spent a great night eating it by the fire (they even gave us firewood!) And most of all - the property is CLEAN. I would……

“Our stay at Cochecton was undoubtedly one of the best we’ve had. It was the perfect winter wonderland getaway. When we weren’t outside watching our dog frolic through the snow, we were inside staying warm and cozy. There was no shortage of things to do. “We had an amazing time at the lake house and loved every second of the nature views! We spent most of our days out on the water boating and catching fish, then ended the nights with a big bonfire on the lawn. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it so easy to cook for everyone, and we even took a quick 10-minute drive to see the nearby waterfall. Such a perfect trip.This is not the first time that I have reserved property and each and every time I truly enjoy it, magical experience!...”
