「Excellent stay at here! The hot spring was incredible, and the entire atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The daily shuttle service was an enormous help for us. We were so full and satisfied with the food every day. The only small suggestion is to offer Western-style food options, as having Japanese meals for several consecutive days can get a bit repetitive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to visit again！」

「It was lovely」

「Some staff members were great but some were not so nice. They didn’t really introduce facilities in the room to us. Lighting in bathroom and private onsen was very dim - I slipped and fell as I missed the step between the onsen and shower room. Public bath was ok. Quite small. Meals were ok. The staff at restaurant for dinner was smart in bringing me packs of ice for my bruised and swollen arm. One staff volunteered to take photos for us before leaving and she was sweet. The other staff...

「Room was very clean and cozy and exactly as pictured. Host was very friendly and communicative and had clear instructions in English. Would stay here again!」

「Near to the station, big room and fair price!」
