room is big and clean, staff is polite and helpful, utensils and amenities are provided adequately. the washing machine is easy to use but a bit noisy, if you run it at night, it may disturb sleep. hotel location is convenient and is just a few min walk from ueno station.

Good location, friendly staffs, spacious and well facilitated room.

Great for big group of family. The room is very spacious and close to all the shops, restaurant and attractions. Especially like its room setting is like a typical Japanese apartment which gave us another experience. There are also family games to borrow at the lobby and all the cooking utensils. Each room has its own washing and drying machine really helps our trip.
