"View and service were amazing. There is a bus station in front of the hotel parking from Lijiang old Town. The bus will stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge first, then ending at this hotel. We've spent a night here then took another bus direct to Shangri La the next day. "

It was an amazing experience and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located at a very tranquil and picturesque part of Lijiang, and has a lot of character. The family room we stayed in was tastefully furnished and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided for.
The factor which made this stay stood out for us was the service. The hotel owners were extremely warm, helpful and gracious, and treated us like family guests. We enjoyed the conversations with them about family,...

We booked this stay for the last night of our anniversary trip! The accommodation is located within the old town, thus no cars are allowed to enter. However the hotel staff had already contacted me far in advance to arrange luggage pick up so arriving to the hotel was very easy!
They also arranged a quieter room for us and surprised us with a cake too!
We loved the stay, very different to your usual city hotels but regardless it had all the amenities we needed.

The hotel is superbly situated right next to Dayan Old Town, and has been designed to complement the old buildings. The rooms are huge and airy, with an enormous bathroom and bathtub, the bed is luxurious and super comfortable. Beautiful, well tended gardens. Absolutely amazing staff who are friendly, extremely helpful and speak English. I only stayed one night but would come back again.

The room was clean and tidy. The only problem we had was the shower. The water temperature was very inconsistent , sometimes very hot and could turn very cold in split second. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. Overall a nice hotel .
