“The property is exactly as described and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Very close and easy walk to downtown Grand Haven and super easy access. The garage was a bonus that you don’t normally see and nice while it was raining. Everything made it easy to relax and really enjoy yourself!”

“Overall, everything was great. Sherri was good to communicate with. Waking up to the lake every day was amazing. Close distance to shops & restaurants. Rental was updated & clean. Lots of little extra amenities. However, we have little ones & I would caution any one with babies or toddlers: the gentleman / year round resident in unit #2 below the unit we rented was rude to us our entire visit bc our kids were running around upstairs. After he brought it to our attention, we apologized & assured……

“My husband and I traveled to Saugatuck to celebrate our 26th anniversary. We had been to the area numerous times but this was the first time we stayed in town. This property was perfect! We could walk to all of our favorite destinations and if we had a need to go further out, we didn’t have to worry about parking when we returned because the property had a designated spot. The host was great with all communication and we were very happy with our stay.”

“This was my first VRBO rental and Greg was beyond helpful. He reached out and explained everything to me as well as sent me all of the information in an email. He made sure that we knew if there was anything we needed (we didn't) that he was available. The condo is in a great location. It is within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There was also a nice view of the water from the deck, which had a table and chairs. The condo was clean and organized and came with everything……

“The house was wonderful, a definite 5 star house with a large open living area and plenty of sleeping spaces. Very clean and nicely decorated. Nice large gathering area in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there, all kitchen appliances and utensils etc. Fun to hang out on the deck or in the hot tub looking out over the lake . We opted to pay extra for use of the Pontoon boat provided which was fun to do leisurely trips around the lake. The only downside of the property was the many geese……

“The family and i had a great time. Aside from s few minor set backs. Time bottom bump bed was a little broke before i got there. The master bedroom door wouldn't close but i fixed my self. Other than that amazing weekend”

“This large house sits on the bluff of a gorgeous setting. We were here in May so we could see the lake perfectly. The house is a bit older and shows wear of a well-loved home that occurs from lots of use and some stress from elements of the weather. The deck is brand new and offers a great place to enjoy the lake views. The beach was huge and beautiful. Lots of stairs! We didn't need the upstairs of the home at all but saw there were plenty of beds for kids and other adults. Would go again just……
