「Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough」

「The Hotel is excellent for a budget Hotel, staff very friendly, there english is very good, very handy if you're going to the port as its only 20 minutes away, the only downside is, is not very easy to find, it even confused the Sat Nav, my advise when you get lost (and you will) is reset you're Sat Nav and it will take you straight there, apart from that i would definitely recommend it」

「The staff was well above excellent. I am planning on staying there when I return to visit in the fall of 2025. This time with my family in tow. If you want a quiet hotel near all the coastal towns and Gernika, I highly recomeend it.」

「房間非常的小，但是看起來乾淨，旅館的服務人員素質不太一樣，有些很好，有些沒那麼好！當場加早餐，付過錢了，但是最後一天要離開的時候又要跟我們要一遍，好險有溝通，後來沒有收，但是每次去吃早餐的時候有付錢，不知為何電腦系統還會記錄沒付」

「Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

「This is a lovely rural hotel, great rooms, nice roof fan as opposed to air con, the owners are very responsive and communications worked really well. Breakfast was fabulous, access and parking very good. 」

「Solo puedo escribir cosas buenas, en especial destacamos a la propietaria, super atenta y super amable! Ha sido una estancia corta pero repetiremos seguro más días. El lugar es ideal para desconectar o mejor aún, para conectar con la naturaleza. Destaco también la comida y sus opciones veganas y vegetarianas. Sin olvidarnos de la perrita, un amor.」

No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. "A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
