"I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival and was never cleaned during our entire stay — no cleaning services were provided at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking twice at reception for proper towels, we were only given small face towels. The staff claimed they don’t have body towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, poor cleanliness, no basic amenities, no room cleaning, and unhelpful service — a terrible experience in Milan."

"It was as described and clean. Communication though wasn't great, with online checkin and WhatsApp messages from 2 different people requesting the same information. Felt like dealing with a call centre. Slow to respond and access details were only received the day before, though were very good when they did arrive. Asked to check out at 11.00 rather than 10.00 and told no, as it was booked out - though had only just received an invitation to extend our stay, so the two don't fit."

"Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...

"It is a brand new hotel, rooms are very comfy, nice bed, nice washroom, staff is friendly and professional. We were reluctant to book there as the location did not seem central, however when we stayed there we were very satisfied with the neighbourhood. A few minutes walking there are a few lovely restaurants and the shopping street Buenes Aires is a few steps away . Also there is a subway station less than 5 minutes walk that we used for transport and very conveniently located. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely go back there in my next "
