「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」

「Very clean, staff were very courteous and attentive. The hotel smells amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Reception staff spoke English and were always very friendly. The staff that did not speak English were very patient with me using google translate. Also love the 24/7 security. 」

「The Othon Palace is perhaps the best value luxury in Copacabana. The hotel is located on Atlantic Ave directly across from the beach yet strikes a balance between catering to all travelers with top spa services, steam sauna, rooftop infinity pool, restaurant and bar --while also providing a convenient and fulfilling buffet breakfast everyday. The hotel staff really go above and beyond to make staying here a special experience. The sushi restaurant and bar at the ground floor is also superb. 」

「The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away. 」
