Our 7th time at a Majestic resort in Punta Cana. The properties are always beautiful, the staff is wonderful and always helpful. There are plenty of food choices between the buffet and the specialty restaurants.

Services are awesome and the staffs are professional. Well trained. The food qualities are great especially dinner but the regular buffet is horrible low quality and not much selections, 3 Star rating. Cafe was okay, 3.5 Star rating.

Hotel staff is friendly, casino floor staff needs some retraining. A lot of attitude.

Service was outstanding, food was ok, room clean, staff super helpful and friendly. The pool are is fun and well kept. The beach area is pretty, too bad that sargassum took over, basically unswimmable.
