Wakasu All inclusive Holidays

EXCELLENT location for getting around, and food. Safe area. I will not hesitate to book this place again. Washer and dryer (in one) in the room with laundry detergent provided means that every night you can throw in your clothes before going to bed and when you wake up your clothes are dry - no pile up of dirty clothes and you can pack minimally. No food at the hotel, that's the only downside. Staff is good. Beds are comfortable. AC is cold. 4 of us stayed in the Japanese family room and the beds on the floor were comfortable. While staying here we made another booking to stay an extra week because we were so happy with it.

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

The location and accommodation were quite satisfactory. Most of the staff members were pleasant, with a single exception who was unable to assist us with a dining reservation.

We love that we had enough space for 5 people. It was very near to 2 train stations. We were early for check in but they took us anyway.

We were so spoiled as guests and consequently had very high expectations for the following stays during our trip (that those fell short). Very friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious room. Not very centrally located, but there were some cafes/ restaurants and convenient stores on walking distance. We arrived very early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night in order to get the room before check in time (price was higher than when booked thru Expedia)

This hotel hgave us a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. We stayed here at the end of our Japan trip because we hadn't seen Tokyo Tower on beginning part of our trip. The area reminded me of central park area in NYC. You don't see the old Tokyo anywhere in the Shiba area. It is upper class and expensive cars. The hotel was a nice way to end our trip with great views, more greenery to look at and amazing breakfast buffet. It felt so good to be able to have all the breakfast options after finishing up our 3 week trip in Japan. The staff was very pleasant. The beds very comfortable and all the bathroom essentials you could think of. The room shows outdated some but they keep is super clean.

The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was a great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was clean and the access to a washer/dryer was a huge help! We would load and start the wash before we left for the day and come back to clean, fresh laundry! If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!
