Well located for the price, it's Toronto... pretty expected experience. Older property that's undergone renovation. Room was small, air conditioner was not great (older window unit), but you get what you pay for. Room was clean and need was comfy. Free water fill station was a great touch!

"The hotel was central to downtown. Easy walks for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Would stay again. As for the included breakfast, it was better than nothing. Coffee, tea, juice, milk. Toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, cut oranges and yogurt."
