The hotel is a great place to stay around the airport. The restaurant on property is fantastic! The staff have been very accommodating, allowing us a slightly later check out, advising we can park our car at the hotel (for a fee - but at a lower cost than airport parking) while we go on our trip abroad, and offering/booking a shuttle service to/from the airport. I’ll be staying here again on our next trip abroad out of the Toronto airport.

Free parking is nice. Decent location. There were long black hairs all over the bedding and bathroom. Kind of a turn off. Otherwise, clean, quiet hotel

The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the way the staff handled a Hilton system outage made our stay extremely frustrating. We arrived around 4:00pm after driving several hours from SW Michigan. Although our Expedia reservation was fully paid, we were told there was no backup or manual check-in process. The only options offered were tea, coffee, a cookie, or canceling. We were exhausted, traveling with children, and getting late for a family reunion. The manager had already left and, according to staff, would not return because of the outage. Before leaving for the meeting, we specifically asked them not to cancel our reservation and gave our phone number so they could call when the system returned. They never called. When we contacted the hotel around 10:30pm, we were told to return. We arrived around 11:00pm and discovered that our reservation had been canceled anyway. During the stay, our room keys also stopped working without explanation. When we extended our stay through Expedia, as advised by the front desk, we were later told the reservations could not be connected. Staff then asked us to pay again because Expedia’s payment card was not working and told us to contact Expedia ourselves. The outage was outside the hotel’s control, but the lack of a backup plan, leadership, communication, and professionalism was not. We lost about eight hours of access to a room we had already paid for and received no reimbursement.
