This is a nice hotel in a great location but I wouldn’t give it five stars. The rooms are quite dated. The staff were super helpful and lovely.

Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back! Worth every penny!
