Loved this place, clean, a 10 min walk to Kyoto central station. Safe. And a 711 just steps away! Thank you❤️

Room was very clean and nice. They say they will clean room every other day, but you can request every day by clicking button by the door. Breakfast was not bad, but not a must. Staff were very helpful and nice.

Very new and well designed apt hotel with spacious room, kitchen, seperated toilet, shower and sink room, dinning table and in-room washer/dryer. It is very clean and quite. It is about 13 mins walking distance to Kyoto station. It is perfect for an extended stay in Kyoto.

Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.

If you can afford to splurge, this place is a treasure. Service like I’ve never experienced, and beautiful rooms and a great location. The restaurants are fancy French, also extremely good, but we didn’t dine in. This place is world-class.😊

The room was spotless, and Comfortable. But what was best about this place is staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice! They helped me with everything.
