8.4/10 Very good! (1,672 reviews)
The pictures for this property are very misleading. What we found when we arrived was a run-down unit that clearly hasn't been updated in years. The floors were scuffed throughout, and the bathrooms were musty with visible mold. There were no vents in the bathrooms at all, which explains the dampness and the smell.
The worst part was the overwhelming body odor smell. Both bedrooms were so bad that we seriously considered sleeping in the living room instead. Thank goodness we only booked for one night.
To be fair, the staff were friendly and pleasant, but that couldn't make up for the condition of the place. I honestly don't understand how this property is rated above an 8 on this site. Maybe we just got a bad room, but I'd avoid Room 203 at all costs.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (949 reviews)
We have just enjoyed our fourth stay, and will be making reservations
for our fifth for next year. It’s our favorite hotel and location in London.
