Excellent breakfast and staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and big. English-accommodating. I didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment. Great area, quieter than other parts of Tokyo, with beautiful views and nearby malls. Shuttle to Disney included. Hotel attached to Daiba station; incredibly convenient. I researched a long time to find a hotel that met these needs and after staying, I can’t say enough good things! Thank you

Extremely good breakfast with choice of restaurants and western or Asian menus. Staff were very helpful. Nice choice of restaurants. Beautiful Japanese garden.

Beautiful property, excellent food and a wide variety of dining options on property. Convenient to the metro, and very helpful staff everywhere you turned. Only thing that could have been an improvement, is if the spa steam/ sauna facilities would have been accessible for guests…they do have a small gym with shower, but the steam and sauna is part of a separate spa area that was an extra charge for day use.

From check in to check out our stay was great. Friendly staff and everything was clean. My only warning is the bathroom is not a Shower / tub combo, however a separate bathtub with a shower head separate from the tub. You need to be strategic to have a shower / wash hair that is typical for western bathing / showering.

We got one of the best room in the hotel it could overlook the whole imperial palace. Also love to eat at their club lounge, convenience, good quality and service.

I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. Felt like solving a maze. I love the two bar floors. Just like what I remembered from the film “List in Translation.”
