Good location. Comfortable and nice hotel. However, cleaning should be done better as the carpet was not vacuum everyday. The floor kept dusty during my trip.

Everything is nice and good. I love the shower which make me so comfortable during bathing. But should have a self-laundry service for better staying experience

一連住足7晚，位置在市中心，極其方便，名牌酒店有一定的服務，值得推薦往雪梨

Locally is good, walking distance to shopping and dining. Toilet is very smelly, and I advise all the guests to clean the kettle thoroughly before using, I found it very sticky inside.

I think the hotel is run down, needs an upgrade and is very expensive for what it offers. I will not be staying again

3-Star Experience at 5-Star Prices – Terrible Noise Isolation and Low Water PressureI I cannot recommend this hotel, especially given the high rates they charge. While they command a near 5-star price tag similar to other hotels in Sydney, the actual room quality and comfort feel closer to a 3-star property. The room infrastructure is severely outdated. Our room faced Pitt Street, and the noise isolation was practically non-existent. We could hear everything from the street traffic to the bar opposite the road, which stayed incredibly loud until 2:00 AM. I was forced to sleep with earbuds just to get some rest because the windows did not block out any sound. To make matters wrapper, the old-style hotel doors offer zero acoustic protection from the corridor, so every single footstep and conversation outside our room woke us up. The bathroom was equally disappointing. The toilet and shower setup felt incredibly dated, and the water pressure was painfully low. For the price you pay here, you expect premium comfort and a good night's sleep. Instead, you get an old, noisy room with subpar amenities. Look elsewhere in Sydney for a true 5-star experience.
