Room was just beautiful and clean. Staff was superb. Very kind and very attentive. Resort was remodeled and just wonderful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Clean rooms, daily entertainment, friendly staff, beautiful location, and family friendly! The only thing that could be improved is the hotel smell, the perfume sprayed everywhere did not smell nice.

The food needs to be improved during the day time hours and the entertainment by the pool wasn’t that great for adults.

The hotel is way to new and not all amenities are fully active like spa, night club, restaurant, day shows.staff is extremely polite and professional made me and my wife feel like royalty.whish Expedia could’ve advise not too book here due to this matter.

Just got back from a stay at Devossion by Live Aqua Playa del Carmen, and the entire experience felt easy, relaxed, and genuinely well thought out. The resort itself is beautiful, but what really stands out uis how smoothly everything runs and how attentive and thoughtful everyone was throughout the stay. Location, Design, and Overall Feel: The location honestly could not be better. The hotel is literally steps from 5Th Avenue. Walk out from the resort and immediately you are in the middle of the action… restaurants, music, lively crowds, and constant energy. Walking up and down Fifth Avenue always felt safe and enjoyable, day or night, just soaking in the vibe. When it was time to relax or head to the beach, walking straight back into the hotel brought instant calm. The hotel has managed to keep the city action out, while being in the middle of it. It’s hard to imagine a better location than this. The hotel’s open design is actually quite brilliant. The way the property is laid out, and architected allows the ocean breeze to flow freely through the entire resort. This makes a massive difference in the heat. No matter where you are, There’s never that feeling of standing in warm, stagnant air. The breeze keeps everything feeling fresh and comfortable throughout the day. It’s one of those design choices that you don’t appreciate until you experience it for yourself.
