Caribbean Islands Beach Holidays

Place was absolutely perfect. Variety of food. Everyone was super nice. CANT WAIT to go back.

Meeting up with our large family at the plaza for late night coffee and desert was a perfect ending to every evening.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the amenities were good and the shows were fun. The room we had was really nice and the staff came in regularly to clean and replace linen. The pressure in the shower was good. The beach was easy to get to Negatives: The pool was a little beaten up, lots of tiles coming loose. The food was just ok, I've been to a couple of other all inclusive, so I know the food can be hit or miss. I felt like the things that were supposed to be cold (fish, deserts etc) should have been kept at a lower temperature and the inside area (especially the fish restaurant) should have been colder inside with some fans to dissuade flies. The food was a little dry. I wish they had less options but better food. As expected there was a lot of seaweed on the beach certain days which made it difficult to swim.

Everything was amazing except for the wifi. Its an issue because the app wont load and menus wont either

this place has all.. and the staff is the best part of it.. francisco from el Gaucho restaurant beach front is a 10/10 exellent service great person and Mr. Jose from cafe del Mar is top quality service makes it a real 5* service. thanks to the team. Francisco and Don Jose for making our stay a memorable one.
