Wonderful spot you can walk to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres and Captain Hook dinner show. Very clean hotel nice beaches.

This was the best resort that I’ve stayed in. We brought our kids (7&10yo) with us and they loved every minute. There was constant entertainment throughout the resort for all ages. Every restaurant had excellent food, drinks, and service.

Food and bedding was satisfactory nothing to rave or complain about. I spent over $7500 for a king OV room ( that was blocked by trees) and a family suite for 4 days. The hotel credits are only available to be used for certain items in certain stores which included cigars and tequila. I finally found a gift shop at the neighboring resort (The.Grand) and got some items. I definitely think its over priced considering the beach stinks with overgrown seaweed and the smell rises into your room in the morning. Consider exploring a different side of Mexico in my opinion.

The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. Our room was cleaned and mini-fridge stocked every day before we returned from breakfast. The staff is wonderful and accomodating. The pool was well maintained, but with that many people in one pool, it's hard to keep pristine. The beach was great, but the seaweed this year is a problem everywhere so not a ding on the resort itself. We always felt cared for, safe, and comfortable. Entertainment options are adequate. Great for a lazy vacay.
