Very clean rooms, good food, entertainment, and very friendly, helpful staff. Special mention for Eduardo and Bryan who work in the reception area. The way they greet you as soon as you arrive sets the tone for a wonderful vacation. They were always friendly and happy to help whenever we needed anything. This was our 4th stay and we will be back!

The service was truly exceptional—honestly a 20/10. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return. Special things to Samuel and Gerson our butlers for making her stay exceptional♥️
