The Hotel is conveniently located at the where we wanted it to be. The staff went above and beyond their duties. Very friendly and super attentive. They are very well staffed for a small Hotel. We would come back again given the chance. ❤️❤️❤️

The staff is really what makes this property special. They are so kind and helpful. On top of that it’s in a great location and walkable to nearly everything. I would absolutely stay here again no question.

we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink

They really looked after us. All the staff put in a huge effort to welcome you and look after every detail.
Everyone at the deal speaks great English an nothingis too much trouble. We chat easily about Vietnamese life, family differences to Australian culture, elocution lessons for speaking the lingo, we find out the word for joke, as there is so much laughter abounding in the contagious hospitality we have experienced over our 3 day stay here, how can we not return next year, we ask ourselves.?
