Beware of price gouging. We booked a non-refundable one night room six months in advance to coincide with a cruise out of Vancouver for an extremely high price. They only offer non-refundable reservations.
I checked the price a week before our arrival and the price was less than half the original cost.
The hotel certainly has the right to do that, and I will exercise my right to NEVER stay at one of their properties again.
