"Not a bad place to stay. But I chose this hotel because of their shuttle service to the port. There’s 6 of us in a group and getting a taxi or uber to fit us all might not be possible. So to make the story short, we were unfortunately not accommodated with the shuttle service and was told it was already full and limited capacity so Lo and behold we have to get 2 Ubers and were dropped off to 2 different places of the port. We lost each other… It was so disappointing."

"Very friendly staff from check in to check out. Nothing fancy but it has everything you need, You can tell the property is old and they did some renovations. Good value for the price especially during the cruise season in Vancouver. It had some strong odor when we first walked into the hotel but it was okay after leaving the door and window open for a while. The room was very humid maybe because it was raining when we were in Vancouver. Not sure if that is normal but having the humidifier in the room helped."

"The reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to check in early and they accommodated me with a smile. They pointed me toward the coffee center and delayed closing it so I could make my coffee. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fact that the profits from the hotel help the community was a bonus. Try to visit the rooftop patio. I went at 9PM and it was wonderful to see BC Place and the downtown lit up. I am definitely a repeat customer"
