I live here, and this is my go to hotel for my staycations. Everything is lovely, the adult pools are a really nice upgrade. The property is absolutely beautiful, love the lagoon pool for the kids. It’s heavenly here.

The staff at check-in was not friendly, didn’t smile.
The guest room was clean and comfortable, however, there are no hooks in bathroom to hang one’s clothes.
The light switches to the bathroom are outside in hallway - does not make sense.
The ladies bathroom in the lobby were not kept clean (I visited the bathroom several times during our visit). I spoke to housekeeper once and she said it wasn’t going to be cleaned.

Room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Pool and beach were not so busy during the week which was nice. Wish the room had a microwave. Overall it was a good place to stay for a week with a toddler.
