"Overall the stay was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Great service. Room style was still in the 70’. Somewhat nostalgic. What is kind of great to experience in my opinion. Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. One of the major highlights is a great breakfast with an awesome view on Mt Fuji (if the weather allows). "

"Hotel with Mount Fuji view and there's a private onsen available beside the hotel. There's also a large premium outlet just beside the hotel. The food in the hotel is great too. Overall, it is a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Will stay at this hotel again when I come to visit Mount Fuji next time. "

"This hotel is an experience. It's an isolated location on a mountain side, but the hotel decor is almost a museum and worthy of being a destination in itself. On top of that, the exterior private baths are absolutely amazing, we booked them multiple times per day. Every meal was exceptional. Thank you for the beautiful memories!"

" The hotel environment is absolutely extraordinary! Staff are nice and warm. The 2 included meals are delicious. The location is not at a convenient spot however there are shuttle services. If there is any imperfection, I would say the breakfast cafe seems a bit too crowded. I mean, the table arrangement is quite busy "

"Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good access from the train station. A variety of restaurants close by. It would be perfect if there is a direct access bridge between the car park and the lobby."

"Incredible stay. Very beautiful property and cozy rooms. Truly an unforgettable experience, we didn’t want to leave. They offer shuttle service which is recommended as the walk up is very steep. We had the private onsen and loved it. Come hungry as the kaeseki is very filling and you’ll want to try it all. Incredible staff, service, and attention. Would love to visit again. "

"Convenient location and easy access to the Hon-atsugi station on foot. I also used a share car which is parked in the parking lot of the hotel to move around the local area. It was also the reasons to stay at this hotel."

"We only stayed a night, but the property was good. Breakfast included and was a nice selection, and walkable from major train/bus stations to surrounding spots to see Mt Fuji. Slightly dated room, but it met our requirements and knew what we were expecting. Bed was comfy. "
