"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "

"It was so easy to get to broadway and Times Square. The subway was literally across the street too. The staff at front desk and luggage area couldn’t have been more helpful. "

"I always love staying at Arlo Soho. I never have to worry about cleanliness or safety. I always feel comfortable when I stay here. I plan to book with Arlo whenever I go to the city, knowing a great hotel gives me one less thing to worry about when traveling."

"This hotel is in a great area if you're in town to see Broadway shows. However, it's an older hotel and it shows -- none of the outlets in the bathroom worked, some of the other outlets were inactive, the shower leaked puddles onto the floor, the toilet was tough to flush, etc. Nothing major, still a decent stay with decent amenities on the first floor, but the little things added up to push this property a little lower on the list of my preferred hotels in the area. "
