I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. 「去年九月已經 Expedia 預定 曾經入住過的Francis Hotel classic room，在行程單上説明會送一支紅酒的，但酒店職員説沒有顯示，最後補送了。花洒組合設計不佳，因去水平台太淺，女士們洗頭加洗澡一定溢滿平台而弄濕整個洗手間；而供應的洗澡及洗髮液只有姆指大的容量不能照顧到兩位成人住客。尤幸職員友善，及位於酒店地下的 BB 餐廳值得推薦，晚上用餐情調極佳，當晚侍侯的 Salvador 服務一流，應該一讚。 酒店整體很好，只需留意一些細節加以改善，保持水準。」

「We was welcomed with a free drink as we were going on a cruise, nice touch! Rooms are quite small but nicely furnished. The pillows and bed were a bit hard for me giving me backache but my husband found them comfortable. Leisure facilities were ok, pool was quiet which was nice but the jacuzzi was full of men who didn’t want to get out, they stayed in for ages, not giving other people the opportunity to use it. Steam room out of action. 」

「The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!」

「Great location for the beach and the centre of town. Hotel beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great with a good choice of cooked options, all freshly prepared. Really enjoyed the Bluewater Spa and Brasserie menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「Nice hotel with good-sized rooms and good facilities, including spa and pool. Bar and restaurant quite quiet which had a bit of a negative effect on the atmosphere but food was lovely. 」

「The venue was nice but felt a little tired. The window in the room we had did not shut properly as it was broken. The table in the room was sticky and dusty. The lift had a very poor paint job. The bar had a limited choice of drinks However the staff were friendly and the food at breakfast was good. Unfortunately there was a lack of small plates on the 1st morning and on the 2nd morning although there was a pile of plates in was actually a mixture of plates and saucers. It felt as if the place...

「Very good location to stay near the town center and a short drive away from Stonehenge! The only thing I wish was improved was the plumbing at the guestroom toilets. There was no sufficient water flow and you need to flush 10 times. Shower and sink worked great, though.」
