「What a excepcional and beautiful resort to spend a comfortable and relaxed vacation. My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights accompanied by one of the staff members named Daurelin. She gave us a outstanding service. In the beginning of the trip she provided us a phone number to maintain a 24/7 contact throughout our stay and helped us in all aspects! The room, food and everything about this hotel was beyond incredible! Really a 10/10 experience would definitely recommend. 」

「This was our second trip to Jewel Paradise Cove and it exceeded our expectations as always. The staff is more than great they made our trip very memorable and the other guests staying there were also very friendly, everyone seemed like family. I love the bar tenders, the restaurants, the entertainment is amazing there is always something to do at the resort. We did a few excursions Dunns River Falls which I loved, Luminous Lagoon, which I did not like, and a full day in Negril, which I loved. We...

「Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...

「Loved the resort. My son had a blast and the experiences outside the park are super easy accessible!! The only issue I had was with a Leslee inside the room, it was around the bed and it was quite uncomfortable at moments for my son. Other than that the hotel is amazing, food options was great and not all but some of the staff was exceptional!!」
