「Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.」

「I actually like the place, convenient, close to the city center. Neat, quiet and safe environment. They were all Friendly and welcoming. Will always be my to-go in Cardiff. The only problem was the broken coffee machine when i was around. 」

「酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。」

「Wonderful charming hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Decoration a bit worn in places, but all the positives out weigh this. Only complaint was the bedroom was a bit warm with no heating on.」

「All aspects of the stay were very good - staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.」

「Firstly all clients should be informed about parking, outside car parking is always full and without any space available, if u want you can park inside the hotels yard but u need to pay12£ per night ‘ that’s fine but should be on the website this fee as well . Per total the experience was really nice.」

「Really lovely comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fast running and hot bath, but toilet roll fell on the floor every time due to faulty holder, very bad signposting of rooms, both from reception and particularly from main hotel, could still be there wandering the corridors if we hadn’t come across a staff member, didn’t try breakfast, staff were good. Facilities for kids in the main hotel were fantastic at half term, very family friendly, reasonably priced alternative to the large main hotel」

「並沒有真正空調，只有兩台水冷風扇。所有窗戶不能開啟，縱使有煮食設備，夏天不建議使用，否則室內溫度上升，極不舒適。」
