「Good environment, good location.」

「There were 14 of us but it never felt like there were that many of us. The rooms were nice and having a bathroom for each room made it easy for everyone to get ready. We did love the community pool, but weather forced is in early, so having the one in the backyard was nice for the kids when the weather cleared up. The adults could relax while they went back in the water. Definitely would recommend it for large families to gather.」

「1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. It is not cheaper than the Disney official websites, and their system is a mess, my tickets bought from them, could...

「Awesome Environment 」

「Check in was courteous. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The fan in our living room was broken, we let housekeeping know and maintenance was there to fix it in under 30 mins. They also adjusted our thermostat for us. It was a very relaxing and much needed mini vacation for us! I would gladly recommend this vacation resort and we will be staying again soon. 」

「I just love that place. It was so calm, green and clean. The staff was very friendly. Great value for money. Only one issue - it's not a big deal, but why should you open the pool at 9 am, it; 's too late. However, I would be recommended and I would come again.」
