「前台所有工作人员非常有禮貌，特别是一位叫Angel的香港女員工，值得一赞！分，房間光猛、潔淨、冷氣很好；地點優越，由机場可直接坐Picadailly Line到Leicester Square站再行3分鐘便到酒店！而去Charing Closs地鐵2分鐘內；步行去白金漢宫、大英博物馆和唐人街，也是12-22分鐘，香港人開的酒店，质素一定有保障，下次一定再入住！」

「staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. 」

「The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.」

「酒店位置便利，兩分鐘到Underground~ 舒適乾淨，服務有禮，有支裝水提供～ 早餐新鮮，美味，很英式，非常讚👍 酒店的花園也很怡人！ 少少不足是酒店的熱水供應不太穩定，其他房間有人洗澡時，洗澡水會時冷時熱～」

「Overall is a very good experience. The location is really good and the staff is very helpful. But the room is too small for this price. It's hard to place the suitcase and walk. 」

「I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.」

「Very convenient the Underground station just opposite of the hotel. Clean and comfortable, I will chose this hotel of my next London trip.」

「The hotel location is excellent, interior decor of the lobby and room is very nice. But the housekeeping services are generally not very satisfied.」

「The front desk staff were all very polite. Additionally, I needed assistance with setting up a sofa bed, and they were very efficient. They quickly arranged for someone to follow up. The only drawback is that the drainage the bathroom shower is a bit slow, which can cause water to accumulate and seep out. Apart from that, everything was great and very comfortable.」

「Overall ok. Check in and check out smooth. the Sound Bar service need improvement. We wait about 50 mins to get our wine served. 」

「最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！ 入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！」
