「We really enjoyed the accommodations. However, the pool had black mold in it so did the hot tub. There was a piece of stone loose from the hot tub, which caused my grandson a trip. Good thing it wasn’t me. I probably would’ve broke a bone or something. However, the cleans of the accommodations was not good. There was stains on all the walls. The fans in the bedrooms were white with dust that has obviously been there a while. There was no broom to sweep.」

No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. 「The staff, was beyond helpful, polite, kind, breakfast waffle in the micky mouse mold were so cute. The food was warm and plentiful. The pool area was very tired, if it would be swept, it would improve the walk ability on the deck. The rooms are nice with the bunk beds, the bathroom is clean. I would have loved the room cleaned daily, towel change daily, a chair so we don’t sit on the bed would be helpful. The lobby was clean and Comfortable. Parking was sufficient and easy to access. 「Check in was courteous. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The fan in our living room was broken, we let housekeeping know and maintenance was there to fix it in under 30 mins. They also adjusted our thermostat for us. It was a very relaxing and much needed mini vacation for us! I would gladly recommend this vacation resort and we will be staying again soon. 」
