「We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....

「Great value for your dollar! Expedia VIP granted us an upgraded bracelet to allow us into the neighbouring resort. Highly recommended this as the food at Coba is mediocre, the Akumal resort however had amazing food. On par with premium Vegas buffets. VIP premium also got us a free bottle of Tequila to take home. Minibar in our room was only filled with drinks the first day however I feel like it wasn’t followed up with the rest of our stay it wasn’t restocked with it’s snack again. 「This hotel was a lovely oasis in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Tulum can be an exhausting city, and the Naay Tulum Hotel was a peaceful and lovely place to spend time. The staff would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. 」

We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. This made for your room to get/look cluttered quickly. Also in the shower area there is no bench or area to place your shower gels or shampoos....
