「Love this resort!! The beach is great can snorkel with sea turtles right in front of the palace. The pools are amazing the rooms are very big great for a family of four. The food at the restaurants and buffet were excellent. Wish they wouldn’t have trimmed all the Palm trees at the palace so there was more shade like the rest of the beach. I would definitely return here 」

「We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....

「Great value for your dollar! Expedia VIP granted us an upgraded bracelet to allow us into the neighbouring resort. Highly recommended this as the food at Coba is mediocre, the Akumal resort however had amazing food. On par with premium Vegas buffets. VIP premium also got us a free bottle of Tequila to take home. Minibar in our room was only filled with drinks the first day however I feel like it wasn’t followed up with the rest of our stay it wasn’t restocked with it’s snack again. The bar tenders Aldair and Asael at the pool were amazing always so helpful and added an extra touch to our stay. Memo in the entertainment department was amazing. 」
