“room is not big, but fully functional as providing reasonable space and comfortable staying experience. staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, keeping good quality in my 10 days stay, happy stay”

“Pros: Great location. Very nice and polite staff. Very nice facilities such as the pool, lounge, exercise studio. Cons: no daily housekeeping. Unreasonable elevator wait time. Other than that, it’s a modern, well equipped and trendy building full of young people and a great vibe. ”

“We have stayed there for 3 days while the room and surrounding were acceptablly tidy but facilities and response from staff were disappponting. No one told us al the fridge were not working until we asked for, both hairdryer were not working and we need to get it replaced, 1/3 days did not clean our room. Finally, everytime we rang up for help with the above, service desk was not particularly responsive and there was once, thr guy cut me off ”

“Location is good which easy to Waterloo, London eye,bridge , Tower of London . The room really small was the only not perfect. The hotel’s style just like W but smaller. ”

“We stayed at the Club Quarters, St. Paul for 5 nights. It is a nice location, close to the St Paul underground station, with lots of places to eat and parks around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The front entrance and lobby were being renovated while we were there. So we entered by a side door in an alley and there was a temporary front desk there. Service was still very good, even under those circumstances.”

“I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.”

“Absolutely loved our one night stay here. They made us feel so welcome, and really looked after us. It was our daughter's birthday and they thoroughly spoilt her. I can't recommend it enough. ”

“staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. ”
