“During the afternoon nap, the attendant entered the room without knocking, prepared to check out, took out the wallet in the safe and found that five hundred dollars were missing! It's really scary.”

“The first being the size of the room, it was incredibly small The reason why this hotel was disappointing was the view. I paid extra for the Empire State Building and although I could see it, it wasn’t a perfect view and there was obstruction. Honestly, there are way better hotel in the city. Covid19 obviously prevents certain things like house keeping, restaurants in the hotel being closed as well as the gym not being open, which is understandable but annoying. The staff was incredibly helpful……

“The location was perfect. Nearby sights, restaurants, and easy access to transportation. The Hotel was beautiful and service was great!”

“房間小但乾淨，離中央車站也近很方便。 唯一缺點就是暖氣非常吵，反應過後換了一間房一樣吵，開了暖氣完全無法睡覺，只能把空調關了才能睡，夏天入住可能會比較適合，沒有暖氣的美國冬天太冷了。”
