I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was actually QUIET for sleeping, a 3 min walk from the Empire State Building, and a 5 min walk from the subway. The staff were delightful; I got a free upgrade to a family suite. I'm not a city person but this hotel made me want to come back to NYC!

I never leave reviews but the Kixby was so great, I wanted to write in. The staff went above and beyond, and texted me to make sure things were good each day! The rooms were perfect with awesome showers and lots of plugs for electronics etc. I had two separate employees come up on their own to help and suggest restaurants and transportation. Very clean and quiet too, which is sometimes hard to come by in the city. Fantastic hotel!
